Jonathan Leong, Social Marketing Natural
We met Jonathan of e-numx and freelocalnumber at CommunicAsia 2009 in Singapore. Suzanne Bowen interviewed him and shares with you his business history, new innovations, how to reach him and what a natural he is at social marketing.
He started his life as an entrepreneur in 1999 when he borrowed what is equivalent to $3000 USD from his grandmother and paid her back in 3 months. Jonathan had one phone shop and progressed to 15 in a very short time. He enjoys traveling to see how others run call shops and for new lucrative and fun business ventures. He mentions that a typical China mall will have at least 1000 phone shops.
Jonathan describes how his first freelocalnumber client in Tokyo bought a Malaysia phone number and has it ringing to his GoogleTalk no matter where he is... in Tokyo or traveling. Jonathan's client's friends, family and his client's customers in Malaysia dial the local number. It rings to the GoogleTalk and Jonathan's client practically has a virtual office in Malaysia while sitting in Tokyo or elsewhere.
You can meet Jonathan in person at ITEXPO West in Los Angeles between Sept 1-3, 2009. Be sure to register for this "must not miss" conference at http://www.itexpo.com now.
