Suzanne Bowen Interviews Michael Elfellah of Global Digitec

Michael Elfellah, CEO of Global Digitec, is an excellent speaker on the empowerment of the six in one service they offer, explanation in easy to understand language the power of NGN services and direct inward dialing.
Michael shares with you the definition of NGN with some *ITU nomenclature as a provider of packet-based network to provide services such as telecommunications, video, data... with the potential for interactive content, transport, convergence, delivery, all independent of underlying technologies.
As an NGN, they do not own the content or infrastructure; however, they do own and operate softswitching and service integration resources, facilities and technologies. This allows them to work other service providers to deliver content to its intended destination in real time or on demand. LCR plays a huge role here with quality and cost efficiency in mind.
Global Digitec was careful in their research of wholesale DID providers and chose DIDX because of its expertise, knowledge base, range of DID phone numbers, its early inception of the concept of Virtual Phone Line by Rehan Ahmed in 1999 which led to DIDXchange, and the largest geographical coverage.
