Alessandro Morelli, Mobile History and MVNO Passionista 1

Find Alessandro Morelli (his new "nick" MVNO Passionista) on his website is morel.li and his Twitter area to follow. After reading his work, discussion, interests ... it was a "must interview" discovery! Morelli helped set up the network of Italy's second largest mobile company Omnitel which was acquired by Vodafone. The power of mobile anything has always been Alessandro's passion.
The MVNO expert discusses some history of mobile in Italy and Europe. The subject then changes to IT + TLC (Telecomunicazioni) = ICT, noting the difference between IBM and Microsoft and companies who offer wired line or mobile infrastructure with voice and data. Alessandro discusses vertical market opportunities for MVNOs.
Alessandro describes for example a company in UK called "Gif Guf." I know that is the wrong spelling and I'm looking for help to correct that. He mentions the difference between intense customer service from the company to the customer as opposed to between the customers themselves with web 2.0 companies.
Come back soon to listen to part II Alessandro Morelli, SAAS and MVNO Startup Assistance.
(On personal note, re voice quality, etc. of the podcasts... My voice very low, yes. I am working on the mic problem. ;-)
