Interop
(interoperability) enables
you to test between your
and DIDX networks before
activating business with
DIDxchange.
See how DIDX works now;
we offer every DIDX member
2 free DID numbers, one
UK DID and one USA DID.
These DIDs test successfully.
They are pointed at 18005558355@tf.voipmich.com that plays an IVR when
called. Check the numbers
by calling them to see
they are alive and reachable
from your telephone.

Requirements:
1. A SIP or IAX2 server
/ Switch.
2. A FreeWorldDialup.com
or Gizmo Project account
if you do not have your
own IAX2 or SIP server.
3. A SIP or IAX2 account
working on your desktop
or IP Soft Phone.

Step 1: Get the FREE numbers.
Step 2: Check the numbers
on your server.
Step 3: DTMF And ECHO Test
Step 4: Confirmation of
our terms of service.
Step 5: Fax the DIDX service
agreement and credit card
agreement with copies
of related documents.
Step 6: Activation call
and then your account
is activated. See below
more details of each step.
Step
1: Getting the FREE
Numbers.
Aim: To make sure
you know how to buy
numbers via didx.
1. Login to your account.
Click on BUY DID.
2. Attempt to buy
any DID.
3. You will be asked
to first pass the
Interop test.
4. Click on the next
button that appears
to get 2 FREE DID
numbers.
5. You will be allocated
2 DID's.
Step 2: Checking
the Number on your
server.
AIM: To make sure
our numbers are working
with your SIP/IAX
Server.
1. Click on My Purchased
Numbers.
2. See your free DID's
listed.
3. Call the numbers.
Hear a music or IVR
sound. The numbers
work fine.
4. Click on one number
where it says radio@didx.net & point it to
the SIP or IAX2 address
of your server.
5. Now if you have firewall, please allow all of our IPs. You can find the IPs here.
6. Call on the number and talk on it for 5 minutes.
7. Keep the FREE DID pointed to your office
SIP/IAX system, so we can make test call on it and reach you if
needed.
Step 3: DTMF And ECHO Test.
AIM: To make sure
that DTMF works on
our numbers for you.
1. Point the DID's
on dtmftest@didx.net
2. Call your free
DID numbers. Hear the
greeting, explaining
to you about the test,
followed by a beep.
3. At this point, using the keypad of your touch
tone phone, dial each number. The IVR will repeat each number you press,showing that the DTMF is passing correctly on the DID number.
4. If you hear all the numbers, good news! The
DIDs issued to you are getting DTMF from provider to our end.
Step 4: Confirmation
of our terms of service.
AIM: To make sure
you read the terms
of service, and understand
how DIDX works.
A. Make sure you have
completed steps 1-3.
B. Login to
your account. Click
on Inbox/Email Us.
C. This is your communication
location with DIDX
Care Team. Each time
you report at Contact
Us, an email goes
to the DIDX Care Team.
Please use this location
for all communication.
A permanent record
is kept for your view.
D. Please understand
the following statement,
copy it or retype
it, edit it with your
name, company name
and free DID numbers.
Agree to it. Click
"Inbox/Email Us"
in your DIDX account,
and paste the completed
message there and
click Submit.
Please replace the
red items with the correct
information.
I FIRST NAME
LAST NAME tested
DID numbers xxxxxx and xxxxx on behalf
of my company COMPANY
NAME.
The numbers are working
100%, we have no problems
and we are satisfied with
the service.
We understand that DIDX
is a wholesale platform
and we will be charged
on DIDX buyer accounts
$100 upon activation for
use on future purchases.
This will not be refunded.
As of March 25, 2008,
and as a buyer, we will
have a total of 50 purchased
DID numbers OR be charged
$50 per month minimum
service charge. If we
sell, we will have at
least 50 international
for sale DID numbers OR
at least 500 USA/UK for
sale DID numbers in our
account at all times,
OR will be charged $100
per month service charge.
We will use the CONTACT
US Button on the DIDX.net
portal to communicate
with the DIDX care team.
We understand that DID
on DIDX are not provided
by DIDX but are offered
by the other members on
the network. We will not
hold DIDX liable for the
quality or the service
on these numbers. However
DIDX will not charge us
if the number does not
work for 3 days in a row
in any month.
We understand that each
DID can be returned for
a full refund, only within
the first 36 hours after
purchase. All sales are
final and we will not
be issued nor will we
claim any refunds on the
purchase.
When my credit card is charged for DIDX invoices, and it declines, I will be charged $3 per day for those declinations.
We have read, understood
and agree to the terms

on www.didx.net/terms and the frequently asked
questions available on www.didx.net/faq and will continue to check
these three sites for
any changes that take
place.
We are now ready to activate
our Full Membership.

6: Activation Call.

make sure you understand
how DIDX works and to
participate in a
brief survey.
1. Make sure to complete the profile section of your DIDx.net account.
2. Call us at 1-408-884-1966
between 9am to 5pm central
USA time.
3. Ask for Lisa or Muneeb.
4. Give your DIDX account
number. We will verify
your account, discuss
your DID needs and activate
your DIDX account.
You can now add us on
MSN, Yahoo or Skype
for any assistance regarding
buying numbers.

Your
account should now be
active, and you will
be able to purchase
and sell DIDs from the
DIDX network.
